Why do I need to contact the Pampers App teams specifically for app issues?
The App team are our digital specialists who have secure access to the "back-end" of your account. They use specific technical tools to see why your account is behaving as it is, adjust your schedule, a code might not be scanning or to track the exact status of a reward shipment, ensuring your data is handled securely while providing a precise fix that our general product team cannot access.
