Our curent subscription options are 1-month, 3-month, or 1-year. You can absolutely change the subscription type, and the steps will depend on where you originally purchased your subscription.
If you subscribed via the iOS App Store:
You can manage your subscription directly through your iPhone:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top
Select Subscriptions
Choose Smart Sleep Coach by Pampers™
Tap See all plans to select a new option

If you subscribed via Google Play (Android):
You can manage your plan directly in the app:
Open the Smart Sleep Coach app
Tap Settings > Account > Manage Subscription
Follow the prompts to switch to a new plan

If you subscribed via our website (Paddle):
We’ll be happy to help you make the switch manually. Please reach out to our support team and include:
The email address you used when signing up
Your current subscription type (e.g., monthly)
The plan you want to switch to (e.g., yearly)
Once we have this info, we’ll take care of the rest!
