If you’re getting an error when trying to log a nap or overnight sleep, it’s usually due to one of two things: the date being set incorrectly or overlapping sleep times.
What to check:
- If your baby went to bed last night and woke up early today (e.g. 2am), make sure the wake-up date matches the night before, not the current day
- The app only allows wake-ups within the time range of the sleep event, so if the date is off, it won’t work
- If you’re starting a new sleep, make sure no other sleep session is still running and that the times don’t overlap
