If you purchased through the Apple App Store:

- Follow the steps to sign in and submit your request
If you purchased through Google Play (Android):
- Go to Google Play refund help
- Select the option that applies to your situation and follow the on-screen instructions
If you purchased through our website (via Paddle):
- Head to Paddle’s customer portal
- Enter your email address and follow the steps to submit your request
