How to Cancel Your Smart Sleep Coach Subscription

If you’d like to cancel your subscription to Smart Sleep Coach, follow the steps below based on where you originally signed up.

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions
3. Select Smart Sleep Coach by Pampers™
4. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you subscribed through Google Play (Android):

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon
3. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
4. Select Smart Sleep Coach by Pampers™
5. Tap Cancel subscription

If you subscribed through our website (Paddle):

1. Log in to the Paddle customer portal
2. You’ll be redirected to Paddle.com, our secure payment partner
3. Click on Cancel subscription and follow the instructions
